Casa Tokase is an architectural masterpiece combining the ultimate in contemporary design with unprecedented luxury living. The architectural design embraces the sea and natural elements with warm wood and cool stone. Water plays a prominent role in the home’s architectural design, which includes, three 12 foot high waterfalls, two swimming pools, reflecting pool, and spa. The entire house is operated by state-of-the-art Control4 IPAD’s, programmed for lighting, audio, video and temperature control.
Cabo San Lucas is known for it's amazing year round climate where doors and windows rarely need to be closed. Casa Tokase utilizes natural airflow through cooler tropical pools and gardens to moderate the temperature in the house and incorporating ceiling fans minimizes the need for air conditioning. The architect explains, "Beauty is in the detail and must coexist with function. I will not compromise on either."

The master suite has no peers. Brazilian rosewood floating bed and headboard centered with backlit African Agate above a floor of crystal white Tibeten granite, the suite is an entire level of the home. In addition to its own 30 foot infinity pool and terrace, the master suite also features two full his and her bathrooms complete with soaking tubs, rain showers and onyx vanities with hidden TV’s behind the mirrors. The architect explains that, “People are attracted to Cabo not only for the weather and the ocean, but a chance to enjoy relaxing in a sublime environment. I designed this home and especially the master suite to fulfill that romantic desire.”
Additional amenities include a full butlers kitchen next to the main kitchen and Barbeque area. The lower pool area has a swim up bar with outdoor kitchen, shower, dressing room, and fully equipped exercise room.
